MEET ALYSSA RUSSO –your trusted finance broker
Alyssa got into finance the good old fashioned way, she started as a bank teller at age 19 and worked her way up through the ranks of banking over the next 10 years.
She loved working with business owners and moved to the Commercial bank department finishing up as a small business banking manager, assisting self-employed customers with home loans, business loans, equipment finance and self-managed super fund loans.
Alyssa started finance broking because she hated that the bank’s credit policy was so strict and if a great, hard working client did not fit within the policy rules, they were declined and turned away.
As a Broker with access to over 60 lenders, she will not stop until she has found the right lenders that meet her clients needs, doing all the work upfront, to ensure a smooth approval once the loan is submitted.
MEET JOANNE – credit analyst
Joanne has a long history of banking experience and is also an accredited finance broker herself.
She is an absolute gun at sorting through the detailed credit policies of the lenders, to work out which banks are best suited for your needs.
She will also prepare the loan, making it beautiful and compliant, to ensure a quick and smooth approval once submitted.
Alyssa calls Jo her “work wife” because of their history of working together and knowing each other so well.
MEET RACHEL – client services manager
Rachel’s job title should actually be “The glue that holds everything together” because that’s what she really does.
Coming from working in a number of banks and corporate roles for large broker companies, Rachel knows the loan process (and everything behind the scenes) from start to finish.
Rachel is that person in the background overseeing everything and holding our clients hand from approval to settlement and beyond.
When she’s not working, she walks the streets with her cat on a leash and a wine in hand! (check our social accounts for proof!)
MEET ZIGGY – chief people officer
Ziggy the cavoodle is the most affectionate pup you will meet. He is an expert at handling the emotions and emotional needs of the staff and clients in our office, always on hand to jump up for a quick cuddle when he feels we need it.
When he is not licking our faces and snuggling up on our laps, you will find him chewing a doggy treat in his bed in the office corner.
