Alyssa and Rachel are so good at what they do from start to finish it’s as easy as making 1 phone call and they take it from there. I found Alyssa and Rachel accidentally as my friend misspelt the name of the broker he used but it was honestly a blessing in disguise. They were very hard working, professional, good at their job, easy to talk to and (most) importantly funny. We can't thank Alyssa enough for everything she did to help us secure finance for our new home.

From the very beginning, Alyssa moved incredibly quickly and kept everything progressing under some very tight timeframes. Her responsiveness, knowledge and ability to get things done gave us the confidence we needed to put an offer on a home we absolutely loved.

As it turned out, we ended up in a bidding war with another buyer, and timing was critical. Had Alyssa not worked so hard to get our finance sorted when she did, we genuinely would have missed out on this property. The home is in a highly sought-after area where opportunities like this rarely come up, so securing it means the world to our family.

She took the time to understand our individual circumstances and presented options and solutions that we didn't even know were available.
